About Us

The OneTree Young Leaders Program (OYLP) comes to you from OneTree Organization, founded in Mumbai, India, with a three-fold mission:

• To transform young adults into well-rounded personalities who are intellectually and emotionally mature, as well as responsible citizens.

• To empower them with critical and creative thinking skills and learning outcomes necessary for work, citizenship, and life.

• To instill in them a pursuit of excellence and a commitment to building a fair and just society.

Founded by Dr. Achyut Vaze, a veteran academic who has headed liberal education programs at some of the most prestigious universities in India, including FLAME University, Pune and NMIMS University, Mumbai, this program has an Advisory Council of eminent persons from different fields guiding it and a committed team of Mentors and Facilitators as its integral part.
